OSAKA GAS Research Institute of Behavior Observation

The Osaka Gas Research Institute of Behavior Observation uses on-site observation as a basis for collaborating with customers to solve problems, developing products or services, producing on-site solutions, and presenting proposals. People from different companies and viewpoints gather together in the workspace to solve problems, so words that can inadvertently cause tension are written in word balloons hung on the walls. To create a space surrounded by things the participants like, the desks are made from acrylic, and favorite photographs can be inserted into the desktops. Carnival cutout panels of princesses and other characters form the partitions; the parties use them to introduce themselves, creating a positive environment in which opinions can be freely exchanged.
