DMM.com Kanazawa

This is DMM.com's Kanazawa office. An open space for holding minor meetings, or just a place to get away from work for a bit for a change of pace. The office layout is divided into individual workspaces: the red and orange areas are meant to stimulate discussion and raise motivation, while the break areas are painted green to help induce relaxation. There is a whiteboard in place to separate the open areas from work areas. This means one can think of an idea as they walk, then be able to have a quick discussion about it in one of the aisles. Also, as a nod to Kanazawa's many canals, there are conference rooms and furniture meant to bring to mind "water" arranged throughout. The walls are covered in pixelized flower graphics based on Kanazawa's traditional "Yuzen" motif, creating an office atmosphere that combines traditional with digital.
